Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with a global financial services platform looking to hire a Middle Office Operations specialist to join the Structured Products team in London.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Be a key member of the Middle Office/Operations team, provide support to the OTC derivatives and structured products team.
• Assist with new business projects as well as developing a relationship between teams (leadership responsibilities dependant on experience).
• Reconcile trade positions and cashflows, helping to manage OTC trade and structured notes lifecycles.
• Responsible for client statements, trade confirmations, crypto wallets and more.
• Reports into Head of Structured Products Operations.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in middle office or operations.
• Interest in gaining more responsibility and seeking managerial experience.
• Ability to write macros/VBA and Python knowledge is an advantage.
• Be detailed ad organised, able to adapt in fast paced environments.
• Role based in London.
