Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with a global Risk Management Solutions Provider who are looking for an OTC Energy and/or Agricultural Derivatives Sales specialist to join their team as a Senior Relationship Manager.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

  • Provide OTC derivative sales through origination to APAC region, achieving targets through communicating knowledge of regional and global market fundamentals to external customers and internal sales teams.
  • Develop an understanding of customer supply chain/procurement, market exposures, and business goals to identify potential risk management solutions.
  • Provide clients with knowledge of risk management products through training, also provide guidance to junior staff.
  • Be a regional and product subject matter expert and point of contact with commercial and functional stakeholders, also partner with internal product stakeholders when representing client and market requirements in the development of complex products.
  • Build the company profile to the market through events (client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, articles, etc.)
  • Role reports into Head of Sales.

Key Qualifications / Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in hedging risk management and relationship management
  • Strong knowledge of risk management, Greeks, and hedging strategies.
  • Sales experience including profiling, prospecting, overcoming objections, negotiation, team selling approach, closing the sale and relationship maintenance.
  • Ability to work in a global, team-based environment. Willingness to travel more than 60% of working time
  • The role will be based in Singapore (Singaporean PR is mandatory)
