Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with an international corporate bank located in Luxembourg who are looking for a senior operations officer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Keep all records related to trade finance up to date, LC or non LC.
• Control the administration of trade finance loans , Inputting cross boarder trade finance and processing approved loans into the system.
• Process and supervise syndicated loans, collect and audit loan administration details, update and reconcile loans with the corporate department and settle fees with counterparties, including chasing discrepancies.
• Administrate all treasury deals, deposits and other transactions, also managing reconciliation of SWIFT updates on these transactions.
• Role reports into Head of Operations

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 8+ years’ experience in operations focused role in an international bank with exposure to international settlement and, loan administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of back office settlement operations and SWIFT /UCP600 practices
• Fluency in English is mandatory, French or German is advantageous.
• Must have a driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
• The role will be based in Luxembourg (will also consider candidates willing and able to relocate)
