Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with a medical devices company that is looking to hire a legal counsel to join the team in Illinois.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Responsible for providing legal advice on issues related to the company’s business activities.
• Drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.
• Providing legal support on matters such as employment law, disputes, regulatory matters, and IT/data protection.
• Developing a thorough & complete understanding of the business and its activities in order to provide specific advice to other individuals within the company.
• Reports into General Counsel.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 3-6 years of post-qualification experience (US license to practice law)
• Juris Doctor degree.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is ideal.
• Willingness to work hard and learn new skills.
• Located in Illinois (remote working available).
