Redstone Commodity Search are working with a London based trading house who are looking to hire a HR professional to the team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Help to build out the company’s overall HR function
• Develop the firms graduate recruitment processes including training programs and attracting new talent
• Implement strategies and resources on an international global level within the commodity space
• Assist with future growth within the department and the wider company
• Role reports into the Business Partner

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Mid-level HR professional with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a HR function
• Specific experience within the commodity, financial or trading industry
• Good communicator with a drive to help grow the business
• Experience previously developing a HR function, graduate recruitment process or talent acquisition is preferred
• Located in the UK
