Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with a boutique provider of risk management and hedging solutions for the agricultural community, located in Miami and Chicago, who are currently looking for an Execution Broker to join their team.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Execute orders for products in futures or options within the agricultural (Grains, Coffee, Sugar etc.) markets.
• Regularly analyse and study various industry reports to provide up to date, informed decisions on risk exposures.
• Develop and maintain business relationships, growing a strong portfolio of clients.
• Work as strong team member, regularly communicating with offices in London and Singapore, ensuring compliance to regulations.
• Role reports into Global Head of Sales and Head of Futures.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in a brokerage focusing on executing orders within agricultural or soft commodity markets.
• Strong knowledge of agricultural and/or soft commodity markets.
• Fluency in English.
• Must have a driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
• The role will be based in Miami or Chicago (will also consider candidates willing and able to relocate within United States, also open to remote/hybrid working on the east coast).
