Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with a major audit and accounting firm who are looking to acquire a Senior Manager for the risk management division as part of its ESG team in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Develop and enforce ESG strategies, whilst also focusing on business development related to ESG through commercial strategies and workshops.
• Create methods to visualize the potential factors of ESG and situational financial risks on the clients, design the ESG reports.
• Enhance existing risk framework to include ESG risks, also following up on the new regulations in the ESG field.
• Opportunity for both project management and people management.
• Report to Head of Risk

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Experience in creating frameworks for sustainability and ESG risk strategies.
• University Graduate over 2 years’ experience specializing in ESG risk, climate risk or sustainability within financial institutions.
• Strong Communication skills, strong English verbal and written skills is essential, Fluency in French and/or Dutch is mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Located in Brussels, or willing to relocate to Belgium (EU Passport or valid work permit).
