Typically, a retained search is when the fees for the search are paid in thirds. Our model differs in this regard by requesting one third upfront and the final two thirds on the completion of the search. We work with you to set up the parameters of the search and create a strategy for identifying, screening, evaluating and hiring the selected candidate.

This is a “no-win, no-fee” option whereby we use our extensive database and market relationships to offer 3-5 candidates to match your requirements within a quick time frame.
